3-Wheel (3WBRC) Course 

Sunstate Motorcycle Training now offers  3-Wheel Training

If you are going to ride a 3-wheeled vehicle, we want you to ride as safely as possible. Sunstate Motorcycle Training will give you an introduction to the 3-wheel handling skills that will help you ride more safely and advance more quickly to enjoying your 3-wheeled machine.

3WBRC Course: $99

The $99 SPECIAL through Can-Am (3 Wheeled Basic Rider Course) only applies to students that use the 3 wheeled motorcycles we provide for training.

BOOK THROUGH
SUNSTATE MOTORCYCLE TRAINING
 

Students may provide their own Can-Am (two wheels in front; one in the back) or Trike-Style (one wheel in front; two in the back) motorcycle for training. The cost is $275, BOOK NOW or  call our office 904-299-7790 to schedule your own 3-Wheel training.

3 Wheeled Basic Rider Course:

The 3 Wheeled Basic RiderCourse (3WBRC) is an entry-level course comprised of 8 hours of interactive classroom learning and additionally about 8 hours of hands-on riding instruction. 

In the Classroom you’ll learn about:

factors that contribute to crashes

optimizing perception and visual acuity

using the Search – Evaluate – Execute strategy (SEE)

how to make safety an executive function

using self-assessment to create a positive risk-offset
 

Participants must be at least 16 years of age. Also students under the age of 18 will require their parent or guardian’s signature (must be present the day of training only to sign waiver). 

The Course is taught in 2 parts:

Part 1 – Intro To Riding: A half day of riding and classroom.

Part 2 – 3-Wheel Riding: A full day of classroom and riding that will teach the skills required to safely operate a 3-wheel vehicle.

RIDING EXERCISES

INCLUDE 

Straight-line riding, Braking, Cornering and swerving, Low speed control skills and 3-Wheeled motorcycle dynamics

 

ON SITE WE

PROVIDE 

3-Wheeled Motorcycles, Helmet or gloves if needed and Course materials.

WHAT YOU NEED 

TO PROVIDE  

Study long pants/jeans, Sturdy over-the-ankle boots (NO SNEAKERS), Long sleeved shirt/jacket and Full-finger gloves. Florida weather is unpredictable so please bring bring rain gear
